My name is Fellisha, an experimental visual artist and the creator of invitoumbra. As a Pagan witch, my creative practice is informed by both mysticism and communication in all forms, including transcendental and experimental visual art. My work often reflects ideas of death positivity and the liminal spaces between realms. Death Positivity is a philosophy which encourages open dialogue about mortality not through a lens of morbidity - but through a perspective that creates acceptance and honors the life cycle in all its natural stages and processes. In my work, my intentions are creating connections of planes of life and death, in the same space- honoring grief as transmuted energy. My practice is largely curiosity and research based through a naturalist perspective. This informs my rituals and becomes embedded intuitively into all work I create, be it handbuilt tangible pieces, or visual art forms (motion or still). I've experienced an unrivaled comfort and meaning in the direction of my practice and extend kinship to others curious.
